• Billing data: subscription status, plan, billing period, and customer identifiers from Stripe. Full card numbers are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.
• Usage data: pages viewed, playback events, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from IP address.
• Age confirmation: a local flag stored in your browser confirming you entered as an adult.

3. How we use your information

• To create and secure your account and authenticate sign-ins.
• To process subscriptions, trials, renewals, and cancellations.
• To grant or revoke access to members-only content.
• To operate, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
• To detect fraud, abuse, and unauthorized sharing.

4. Legal bases

We process personal information to perform our contract with you (membership), for our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement), to comply with legal obligations, and with your consent where required.

• Supabase — authentication, database, and secure storage.
• Bunny.net — video hosting, streaming, and content delivery.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not sell your personal information.

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser storage for sign-in sessions, age confirmation, and security. We do not use advertising cookies.

7. Data retention

Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

8. Security

Access to content is served through expiring private links. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and protected with role-based access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.

Our providers may process data in Canada, the United States, and the European Union. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards.
