1. Who we are

Petite Princess is the operating name of Awakening Games Entertainment Inc. ("Awakening Games Entertainment Inc.", "we", "us", "our"), the legal entity responsible for this website and the membership service.

2. Eligibility (18+)

The site is strictly for adults. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and that viewing this material is legal where you live. We may terminate any account that misrepresents age or eligibility.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• Accounts are personal and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

4. Membership and billing

• The membership is a recurring subscription billed at USD $39.95 per month, plus applicable taxes.
• New members may receive a 2-day free trial. If the trial is not cancelled before it ends, billing begins automatically at the then-current rate.
• Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details.
• You may cancel at any time from your membership page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues until then.
• Prices may change with notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

5. Refunds

All membership payments are final and non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Licence and acceptable use

Your membership grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to stream and view content for private, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Download, record, copy, republish, resell, or redistribute any content.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent access controls, signed links, or DRM.
• Share your account or expose content to non-members.
• Use automated tools to scrape, mirror, or bulk-access the service.

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund and, where applicable, legal action.

7. Content

All content is AI-generated fictional work. Any resemblance to real persons is unintentional. All content, branding, and site materials remain the property of Awakening Games Entertainment Inc. or its licensors. Library contents may change, and individual titles may be added or removed at any time.

8. Service availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, third-party outages, or events beyond our control may affect access.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraudulent or disputed payments, or unlawful use. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your membership.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
