Refund Policy
All Petite Princess membership payments are final and non-refundable. This policy explains how billing, trials, and cancellations work.

1. No refunds
All payments made to Awakening Games Entertainment Inc. (operating as Petite Princess) are final and non-refundable. Because membership grants immediate access to digital content that cannot be returned, we do not provide refunds, credits, or partial refunds for any billing period, including unused time, forgotten renewals, or periods of non-use.
2. Free trial
New members may receive a 2-day free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial at no charge. If the trial is not cancelled before it ends, your first payment is processed automatically and is non-refundable.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your membership page. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund payments already made. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
4. Renewals
Memberships renew automatically each month at USD $39.95 plus applicable taxes until cancelled. It is your responsibility to cancel before a renewal date if you do not wish to be billed again.
5. Duplicate or unauthorized charges
If you believe you were charged twice for the same period, or a charge was made without your authorization, contact us and we will investigate. Verified duplicate or unauthorized charges will be corrected.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us may result in immediate termination of your account and permanent loss of access. Please reach out first — we respond to every billing enquiry.
7. Terminated accounts
Accounts terminated for breach of our Terms & Conditions, including content sharing or redistribution, are not eligible for any refund.
